Randy Blaugh - Founder and COO

As a kid, Randy loved to make art, but his teachers didn’t encourage his unique style. Instead, he pursued a career path chosen by the opportunities in front of him (pre-law, advertising, strategy, business school, finance), not by the things he was most passionate about.

Several years ago, Randy got to thinking. What if his art teacher had supported his unique drawing style? What if it had been recognized and supported as that thing inside him he just had to share with the world?

In 2011, he joined Mike to found the company that would become Hackstudio, using his strategic and operations experience to further an initiative he believes in. Randy hopes to help kids everywhere discover and cultivate their true interests, so that those things define and shape their success in the world.

Randy is passionate about music, solving big problems, and fathering his three spirited girls.
